The exquisite all-ceramic ball bearings described below showcase impeccable engineering with rings and balls crafted from high-grade zirconia (ZrO2). These zirconia bearings can function as complete supplements without cages or with cages ingeniously made from PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel, ensuring versatility in industrial applications.
These ZrO2 bearings offer remarkable attributes such as non-magnetic properties, electrical non-conductivity, and outstanding corrosion resistance against a broad array of chemicals, making them ideal for various demanding environments.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to account for prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages are suitable for temperatures reaching up to 400°C, while those with PEEK or PTFE cages are designed to withstand temperatures up to 250°C. For conditions below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are preferable. The standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is set to C0, with the option for customized clearances as per specifications.
The superior ZrO2 ceramic bearings excel due to their extraordinary temperature resilience, unparalleled corrosion resistance, and other exceptional properties.
In addition to being non-magnetic, we also offer a variety of sizes upon request to meet specific industrial requirements.
