The exemplary all-ceramic ball bearings listed below feature rings and balls meticulously crafted from high-quality zirconia (ZrO2). These exceptional zirconia bearings can function as complete, cage-free supplements or be paired with cages made of PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel.
Although ZrO2 bearings boast non-magnetic properties, they stand out for their non-conductive nature and exceptional resistance to corrosion, even when exposed to most chemicals.
For environments involving prolonged exposure to steam, full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages are capable of enduring temperatures up to an impressive 400°C. Meanwhile, bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. In extreme low-temperature conditions, below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for all our ceramic bearings is C0, but we can provide other clearances tailored to your specific requirements.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings are distinguished by their remarkable ability to withstand extreme temperatures and their unparalleled resistance to corrosion.
These bearings are non-magnetic and can be customized to any size upon request.
