The all-ceramic ball bearings listed below are meticulously crafted with rings and balls composed of zirconia (ZrO2). These zirconia bearings are available as full complement units without cages, or with cages constructed from advanced materials such as PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel. They deliver unparalleled performance for various precision industrial applications, ensuring reliability and durability even under the most demanding conditions.

ZrO2 bearings are exceptional due to their non-magnetic and non-conductive properties. They boast remarkable resistance to corrosion caused by most chemicals, making them an ideal choice for challenging industrial environments. Their unique composition ensures longevity and optimal performance in harsh settings.
For applications involving prolonged exposure to steam, our full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to an impressive 400°C. Bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C, while for extremely low temperatures below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are preferred. The standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is set at C0, but customizable clearances are available upon request to meet specific operational requirements.
