WBK Type B High Load Support Seat

The support unit on the fixed side is meticulously fitted with JIS5 class angular contact ball bearings, expertly preloaded for optimal performance. In the ultra-miniature types WBK20 and WBK45, we utilize specially developed 45° ultra-miniature angular contact ball bearings designed for ultra-miniature ball screws, delivering exceptional rigidity, high precision, and consistent rotary performance. On the support side, deep groove ball bearings are employed. EK and BK support units come preloaded with an ideal amount of lithium soap grease, sealed with specialized gaskets, enabling immediate installation and prolonged usage. (1) By employing the finest bearings that ensure a balance of rigidity with the ball screw, and utilizing high-rigidity, low-torque angular contact ball bearings (30° contact Angle, free combination), we achieve superior performance. Ultra-small support units EK6 and 8 boast ultra-small angular contact ball bearings with a 45° contact angle, small ball diameter, and a large number of balls, providing unparalleled rigidity, precision, and stable rotations. (2) The support unit features both angular and circular series, allowing selection based on application needs. (3) Designed for effortless installation, the compact support unit considers the surrounding space. Bearings are pre-adjusted and preloaded, ensuring they can be directly assembled upon delivery, significantly reducing assembly time and enhancing accuracy.
