The all-ceramic ball bearings listed below boast rings and balls crafted from superior zirconia (ZrO2). These highly durable zirconia bearings can be utilized as complete supplements without cages or with cages made from PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel, providing versatile options to meet diverse industrial needs.
ZrO2 bearings are distinctly non-magnetic, non-conductive, and exhibit exceptional resistance to corrosion from most chemicals, making them ideal for a wide array of demanding applications.
It is suggested that these bearings avoid prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can operate efficiently at temperatures up to an impressive 400°C. Bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for environments up to 250°C. When dealing with temperatures below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is C0, though customized clearances can be arranged upon request.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings excel due to their ability to withstand extreme temperatures and their excellent resistance to corrosion, making them a preferred choice for challenging environments.
Non-magnetic properties define these bearings. Additionally, other sizes can be custom-manufactured upon request.
