Discover the unparalleled performance of our all-ceramic ball bearings, crafted meticulously with rings and balls made from high-quality zirconia (ZrO2). These exceptional ZrO2 bearings are available as complete supplements without cages or can be paired with cages made of PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel for optimized performance.
ZrO2 bearings offer exceptional benefits: they are non-magnetic, non-conductive, and exhibit superior resistance to corrosion, even when exposed to most chemicals. These attributes make them ideal for a wide range of demanding applications.
While ZrO2 bearings are designed for optimal performance, they are best suited for prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to 400°C. For applications requiring cages made of PEEK or PTFE, the maximum operating temperature is 250°C. In environments where temperatures drop below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are preferred. Our standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is C0, but we can customize clearances to meet specific order requirements.
Thanks to their exceptional temperature resilience and remarkable corrosion resistance, ZrO2 ceramic bearings are ideal for extreme conditions and critical applications.
Our ZrO2 ceramic bearings are inherently non-magnetic, adding another layer of versatility. We can also provide custom sizes upon request to cater to your unique needs.
