Our exquisite line of all-ceramic ball bearings showcases unparalleled craftsmanship with rings and balls crafted from premium zirconia (ZrO2). These zirconia bearings can be exquisitely customized as complete supplements (without cages) or complemented with cages made from superior materials such as PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel.
ZrO2 bearings stand out due to their non-magnetic nature, non-conductivity, and exceptional high corrosion resistance to an array of chemicals, making them indispensable in a variety of demanding environments.
Designed for resilience, these bearings suggest extended exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages operate efficiently up to 400 °C, while those with PEEK or PTFE cages can withstand temperatures reaching 250 °C. For extreme cold, below -70 °C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are the preferred choice. The industry-standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is C0, though custom clearances can be tailor-made to meet specific requirements.
The remarkable ZrO2 ceramic bearings are celebrated for their extraordinary temperature endurance and unparalleled corrosion resistance.
Naturally non-magnetic, our ceramic bearings can also be tailored to various sizes upon request, ensuring they meet your precise specifications.
