The fixed-side support unit incorporates JIS5 class angular contact ball bearings, meticulously adjusted through preloading to ensure peak performance. Notably, the ultra-miniature types EK6 and EK8 feature specialized 45° contact angle ball bearings, specifically developed for ultra-miniature ball screws, delivering high rigidity, exceptional precision, and consistent rotary performance. The support-side unit employs deep groove ball bearings. Both EK and BK units come with bearings pre-lubricated with lithium soap grease and sealed with unique gaskets, ensuring hassle-free installation and long-term reliability. (1) Optimal bearings are selected to balance rigidity with the ball screw, utilizing high-rigidity, low-torque angular contact ball bearings (30° contact angle, flexible combination).
