The all-ceramic ball bearings listed below feature rings and balls meticulously crafted from premium-grade zirconia (ZrO2). These zirconia bearings are engineered to serve as comprehensive solutions, either without cages or with high-quality cages made from PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel.
ZrO2 bearings are uniquely characterized by their non-magnetic nature, non-conductivity, and exceptional resistance to corrosion from a wide range of chemicals.
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those equipped with 316 stainless steel cages are resilient up to 400 °C, while bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages can endure temperatures up to 250 °C. For environments below -70 °C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are preferred. The standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is C0; however, custom clearances can be provided upon request.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings, renowned for their ability to withstand extreme temperatures and offer unparalleled corrosion resistance, are an optimal choice for a variety of demanding applications.
Non-magnetic. Additional sizes can be custom-tailored to meet specific application requirements upon request.
