Our exceptional all-ceramic ball bearings listed below feature precision-engineered rings and balls crafted from high-grade zirconia (ZrO2). These versatile zirconia bearings are available as full-complement units (lacking cages) or with cages fabricated from PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel.
ZrO2 bearings boast non-magnetic properties, excellent non-conductivity, and remarkable resistance to a wide array of corrosive chemicals. These attributes make them an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications.
For optimal performance, avoid prolonged exposure to steam. Full-complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to an impressive 400°C, while bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages are reliable up to 250°C. For temperatures dipping below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for all our ceramic bearings is C0, with other clearance options available upon request.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings stand out due to their ability to perform under extreme temperatures and their outstanding corrosion resistance, making them unparalleled in the industry for specialized applications.
Non-magnetic and available in various sizes upon request, our ZrO2 ceramic bearings cater to a wide range of industrial needs, delivering reliability where it counts.
