BK series
The fixed-side support unit is equipped with JIS5 class angular contact ball bearings that have been preloaded for optimal performance. For ultra-miniature types EK6 and EK8, these units feature 45° ultra-miniature angular contact ball bearings, specifically developed for high-precision, high-rigidity, and consistent rotary performance in miniature ball screws. The support side utilizes deep groove ball bearings. EK and BK support units are preloaded with lithium soap grease and sealed with specialized gaskets, ensuring longevity and direct usability. (1) The selected bearings achieve an ideal balance of rigidity with the ball screw, featuring high-rigidity, low-torque angular contact ball bearings with a 30° contact angle and free combination. For ultra-small support units EK6 and EK8, the 45° contact angle of the bearings, coupled with a high number of small-diameter balls, ensures superior rigidity, precision, and reliable rotary performance.
