BK Series
Our BK series support unit on the fixed side features JIS5 class angular contact ball bearings, preloaded for optimal performance. The ultra miniature EK6 and EK8 models are enhanced with ultra miniature angular contact ball bearings, specially designed with a 45° contact angle to cater to ultra miniature ball screws. This ensures high rigidity, superior precision, and stable rotational performance. On the support side, deep groove ball bearings are utilized. The EK and BK units come preloaded with an appropriate amount of lithium soap grease and are sealed with special gaskets, offering long-term usability upon installation. Unique features include: (1) Optimal bearing selection for balancing rigidity and low torque with ball screws, utilizing high-rigidity angular contact ball bearings with a 30° contact angle.
