Introducing our premier selection of all-ceramic ball bearings, meticulously crafted with rings and balls made of high-grade zirconia (ZrO2). These exceptional zirconia bearings are available as either full complements (without cages) or with precision-engineered cages made from PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel, ensuring unparalleled performance and versatility.
ZrO2 bearings boast a unique set of properties: they are non-magnetic, non-conductive, and exhibit remarkable resistance to corrosion from most chemicals, making them ideal for a wide range of demanding applications.
For optimal performance, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages are capable of withstanding temperatures up to an impressive 400 °C. Bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages are durable up to 250 °C, while for environments below -70 °C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are the preferred choice. All our ceramic bearings come with a standard radial clearance of C0, with other clearance options available upon request.
Our ZrO2 ceramic bearings stand out for their exceptional capabilities: thriving in extreme temperatures and offering excellent corrosion resistance, they are the perfect choice for challenging conditions.
These ZrO2 bearings are entirely non-magnetic. We also offer custom sizes upon request to meet specific application requirements.
