The exceptional all-ceramic ball bearings showcased below are meticulously crafted with rings and balls composed of premium zirconia (ZrO2). These high-performance zirconia bearings can be utilized as complete supplements (sans cages) or with cages made of advanced materials like PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel.
While ZrO2 bearings boast non-magnetic properties, exceptional non-conductivity, and superior corrosion resistance to a wide array of chemicals, they stand out in demanding environments.
For optimal performance, it is advisable to consider prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those featuring 316 stainless steel cages are reliable up to 400°C, whereas bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages are ideal for temperatures reaching up to 250°C. For conditions dipping below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The default radial clearance for all our ceramic bearings is C0, though other clearances can be custom-provided based on specific requirements.
Thanks to the extraordinary temperature resilience and superb corrosion resistance, ZrO2 ceramic bearings are ideal choices for extreme conditions, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Additionally, their non-magnetic nature makes them versatile for various applications. Custom sizes are available upon request to meet unique specifications.
