We can process the screw rod and guide rail to your specified lengths. Customizations for stroke, total length, screw rod diameter and lead, motor mounting plate, mounting holes, and various module combinations are available. Q3. What is the repeated positioning accuracy of the module? The screw module offers a repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.01MM, while the synchronous belt module offers ±0.1MM precision. Q4. What is the maximum load capacity of the module? Load capacity varies by module size, screw, motor, and installation method. Please consult our customer service for specific details. Q5. How fast can the module run per second? This depends on your motor and lead. Calculation for screw drive: walking speed per second = motor speed / 60 * screw lead.
