The state-of-the-art ceramic ball bearings detailed below feature precision-engineered rings and balls crafted from premium zirconia (ZrO2). These superior zirconia bearings can be deployed as complete supplements without cages or integrated with cages made from high-performance materials like PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel.

Our ZrO2 bearings are renowned for being non-magnetic, non-conductive, and exhibiting exceptional resistance to corrosion from most chemicals, enhancing durability and longevity in diverse industrial applications.
For optimal performance, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to steam. Our full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can operate efficiently at temperatures up to 400°C. Bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. For applications involving temperatures below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are preferred. Standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is set at C0, with customized clearances available upon request to meet specific operational needs.
