Our all-ceramic ball bearings boast cutting-edge technology with rings and balls crafted from premium zirconia (ZrO2). These exceptional zirconia bearings are available as complete supplements without cages or with cages made from high-performance materials such as PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel.

ZrO2 bearings are designed to be non-magnetic and non-conductive, offering unmatched resistance to a wide array of chemicals. This makes them the perfect choice for a variety of demanding applications.
For optimal performance, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to 400°C. Bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C, while for conditions below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are ideal. Our standard ceramic bearings feature a C0 radial clearance, though custom clearances are available upon request.

ZrO2 ceramic bearings are engineered for extreme temperature resilience and superior corrosion resistance, making them an excellent choice for challenging environments.
