The rotating components are meticulously ground to eradicate any imbalance due to varying inner and outer diameters. Internally, an air shaft seal and inner labyrinth ring are fitted. Upon spindle assembly, an outer labyrinth ring is added to completely prevent cutting fluid from infiltrating the spindle bearing. Despite the high manufacturing cost, the end key fixing seat's pass-free design ensures the inner cone remains consistently ground, guaranteeing optimal taper combinations. This design significantly minimizes thermal expansion when operating at high speeds.
