The all-ceramic ball bearings showcased below feature rings and balls meticulously crafted from premium zirconia (ZrO2). These zirconia bearings can seamlessly function either as complete supplements (without cages) or with cages composed of PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel, ensuring versatility and top-notch performance.
Although ZrO2 bearings boast non-magnetic properties, superior non-conductivity, and exceptional resistance to corrosion by most chemicals, they remain highly reliable and durable in various demanding environments.
We recommend limiting prolonged exposure to steam. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can endure temperatures up to 400°C, while bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C. For conditions below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are optimal. The standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is C0, with other clearances available upon request.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings stand out due to their exceptional temperature resilience, superior corrosion resistance, and remarkable durability. They are built to withstand extreme conditions while maintaining peak performance.
Non-magnetic properties ensure these bearings are versatile across various applications. Custom sizes can be provided upon request to meet your specific needs and requirements.
