Our exquisite selection of all-ceramic ball bearings features rings and balls meticulously crafted from high-quality zirconia (ZrO2). These superior zirconia bearings are available as complete units without cages or with cages made from top-tier materials such as PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel.
ZrO2 bearings stand out due to their exceptional properties: they are non-magnetic, non-conductive, and exhibit remarkable resistance to corrosion from a wide range of chemicals, making them ideal for specialized industrial applications.
For optimal performance, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to steam. Our full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to an impressive 400°C. Bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C. In extreme cold conditions, down to -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are the preferred choice. All our ceramic bearings come with a standard radial clearance of C0, though other clearances are available upon request.
Thanks to their outstanding temperature tolerance and superior corrosion resistance, ZrO2 ceramic bearings are the epitome of durability and reliability in extreme environments.
These bearings are non-magnetic. Custom sizes are available upon request to meet your specific requirements.
