If Wangwang's customer service is offline, contact us via Tel/WhatsApp. Common specifications are generally in stock. For non-standard modules, consult with customer service. Orders based on provided drawings will be delivered within 4-5 working hours. PROBLEM 2: Can the products be customized? Yes, the screw rod and guide rail can be tailored to your required length. Customizations can include stroke, total length, screw rod diameter and lead, motor mounting plate, hole, and method, along with various module combinations. PROBLEM 3: What is the repeated positioning accuracy? The screw module offers repeated positioning accuracy of 10.01MM, while the synchronous belt module ensures a precision of 0.1MM. PROBLEM 4: What is the maximum load? The load capacity varies with each product and depends on the module size, screw, motor, and installation method. Consult customer service for detailed information. PROBLEM 5: How fast can the module run per second? This depends on your motor and lead specifications. The speed calculation for screw drive: walking speed per second = motor speed/60 * screw lead. For belt drive: walking speed per second = motor speed/60 * number of guard wheels * groove width. PROBLEM 6: Do you have a 3D picture? Yes, upon contract signing, we will provide a 3D drawing per your requirements. If approved, we will proceed with custom production.
