Experience unparalleled precision with our all-ceramic ball bearings, meticulously crafted using top-grade zirconia (ZrO2). These bearings boast rings and balls made entirely of zirconia, ensuring superior durability and performance. Available as complete supplements without cages or with cages made of PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel, these bearings are designed to meet the diverse needs of industrial applications.
ZrO2 bearings offer exceptional advantages, being non-magnetic, non-conductive, and highly resistant to corrosion against most chemicals. This makes them ideal for a wide range of demanding environments where traditional bearings may fail.
Our ZrO2 bearings excel in applications involving prolonged steam exposure. The full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages withstand temperatures up to an impressive 400°C. Bearings featuring PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C. For ultra-cold conditions below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are the optimal choice. All standard ceramic bearings come with a C0 radial clearance, though other clearances are available upon request.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings are renowned for their capability to endure extreme temperatures and their outstanding resistance to corrosion, making them a prime choice for various high-stress industrial environments.
In addition to being non-magnetic, our ceramic bearings can be customized to various sizes to meet specific industrial requirements. Contact us for bespoke solutions tailored to your unique needs.
