These exemplary zirconia bearings are available as full complement options (without cages) or can be paired with cages made of high-grade PTFE, PEEK, or robust 316 stainless steel, ensuring unparalleled performance and durability.

ZrO2 bearings are renowned for their non-magnetic nature, exceptional non-conductivity, and high corrosion resistance against the majority of chemicals, making them a superior choice for challenging industrial environments.
For applications involving prolonged exposure to steam, full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages are recommended, supporting temperatures up to a remarkable 400 °C. Bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages can withstand temperatures as high as 250 °C. For exceptionally low temperatures, below -70 °C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are the optimal choice. The standard radial clearance for these ceramic bearings is C0, with options for customized clearances available upon request, tailored to specific order requirements.

ZrO2 ceramic bearings stand out due to their exceptional capability to endure extreme temperatures and their outstanding resistance to corrosion, making them the ideal solution for demanding applications.
These bearings are non-magnetic by nature. Additionally, a variety of other sizes can be customized and provided based on specific requirements, ensuring versatile applicability.
