Our all-ceramic ball bearings, as detailed below, feature rings and balls crafted from superior zirconia (ZrO2). These zirconia bearings are available as complete units without cages or with cages made from high-quality PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel. These materials are chosen to ensure optimal performance and durability.
While ZrO2 bearings boast non-magnetic properties, exceptional non-conductivity, and robust resistance to most chemicals, making them ideal for a variety of demanding applications.
For prolonged exposure to steam, our full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to 400 °C. Bearings with PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for temperatures up to 250 °C. For extremely low temperatures, down to -70 °C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for all our ceramic bearings is set at C0, but we can customize other clearances based on specific orders.
Due to their exceptional temperature endurance and outstanding corrosion resistance, ZrO2 ceramic bearings are the go-to choice for extreme conditions.
Entirely non-magnetic and customizable in various sizes upon request, these bearings meet diverse operational requirements.
