same time, the bearings are pre-adjusted and preloaded, making them ready for direct assembly upon delivery, which not only
significantly reduces assembly time but also enhances overall assembly accuracy.
BK Series
The fixed-side support unit is equipped with JIS5 class angular contact ball bearings, preloaded for optimal performance. In the ultra-miniature types, EK6 and EK8, the unit is fitted with specialized angular contact ball bearings featuring a 45° contact angle, specifically designed for ultra-small ball screws. This ensures high rigidity, precision, and stable rotary performance. The support-side unit utilizes deep groove ball bearings. Both EK and BK support units contain an appropriate amount of lithium soap grease and are sealed with special gaskets, allowing for immediate and long-term use. (1) Bearing selection focuses on the balance of rigidity with the ball screw, employing high-rigidity, low-torque angular contact ball bearings with a 30° contact angle and flexible combinations. Ultra-small support units EK6 and EK8 feature bearings with a 45° contact angle, small ball diameter, and large ball number, providing high rigidity, precision, and stable rotary performance. (2) The support unit's shape is available in angular and circular series to meet various application needs. (3) Designed for easy installation, the support unit’s compact size optimally considers surrounding space. Pre-adjusted and preloaded bearings allow for direct assembly, reducing assembly time and improving accuracy.
