The premium all-ceramic ball bearings listed below feature rings and balls crafted from high-grade zirconia (ZrO2). These exceptional zirconia bearings are available as full complement units (without cages) or with cages made of PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel, ensuring versatile functionality and durability.
ZrO2 bearings offer remarkable properties; they are non-magnetic, non-conductive, and exhibit superior corrosion resistance against a wide range of chemicals, making them an excellent choice for demanding applications.
For optimal performance, prolonged exposure to steam is recommended. Full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can endure temperatures up to 400°C, while those with PEEK or PTFE cages are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C. For conditions below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are preferred. The standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is C0, but customized clearances are available upon request.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings are renowned for their extreme temperature tolerance, outstanding corrosion resistance, and other superior properties, making them an ideal solution for challenging environments.
These bearings are non-magnetic. Custom sizes and configurations are available upon request to meet specific application requirements.
