The state-of-the-art ceramic ball bearings showcased below are ingeniously designed with rings and balls crafted from premium zirconia (ZrO2). These zirconia bearings can operate as complete supplements without cages or with cages meticulously engineered from PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel, promising unparalleled performance.
ZrO2 bearings boast a suite of remarkable properties, being inherently non-magnetic and non-conductive. They also exhibit exceptional resistance to corrosion, standing resilient against most chemicals, thus ensuring longevity and reliability in diverse industrial applications.
For optimal performance under extended exposure to steam, our full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures soaring up to 400°C. Bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages are robust enough for temperatures up to 250°C. For environments below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for all ceramic bearings is C0, but we offer custom clearances tailored to your specific requirements.
Renowned for their superior temperature resilience and unparalleled corrosion resistance, ZrO2 ceramic bearings are engineered to meet the most demanding industrial challenges.
Our zirconia bearings are inherently non-magnetic. We also cater to specialized needs by providing custom sizes upon request, ensuring precision fit and optimal performance for every application.
