Introducing our advanced all-ceramic ball bearings, meticulously crafted with rings and balls made of premium zirconia (ZrO2). These high-quality zirconia bearings are available as full complements (without cages) or with cages constructed from robust materials such as PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional performance in a variety of demanding applications.
Our ZrO2 bearings boast non-magnetic properties, excellent non-conductivity, and superior resistance to corrosion from most chemicals, making them an ideal choice for precision equipment that demands the highest standards.
For applications involving prolonged exposure to steam, our full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to an impressive 400°C. Bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages are designed to handle temperatures up to 250°C. For extreme cold environments below -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for all our ceramic bearings is C0, though custom clearances can be accommodated upon request.
ZrO2 ceramic bearings are renowned for their ability to endure extreme temperatures and their unmatched resistance to corrosion, making them indispensable for specialized applications.
Non-magnetic and available in a range of sizes to meet your specific requirements, our ceramic bearings stand ready to excel in your most challenging projects. Custom sizes can be provided upon request.
