The cutting-edge ceramic ball bearings showcased below are meticulously crafted with robust zirconia (ZrO2) rings and balls. These exceptional zirconia bearings are available either as full complement options (sans cages) or featuring cages made from high-grade materials such as PTFE, PEEK, or 316 stainless steel.
Zirconia (ZrO2) bearings are distinguished by their non-magnetic properties, exceptional non-conductivity, and outstanding resistance to corrosive chemicals, making them a top-tier choice for demanding industrial environments.
For applications requiring prolonged exposure to steam, our full complement bearings or those with 316 stainless steel cages can withstand temperatures up to a remarkable 400°C. Bearings equipped with PEEK or PTFE cages are optimized for operations at temperatures up to 250°C. For ultra-cold conditions, down to -70°C, PTFE or 316 stainless steel cages are recommended. The standard radial clearance for all our ceramic bearings is set at C0, but we offer customizable clearances to meet specific order requirements.
Our ZrO2 ceramic bearings stand out for their exceptional temperature tolerance, superior corrosion resistance, and overall robustness, making them ideal for the most extreme industrial applications.
These bearings are non-magnetic, adding to their versatility. Additionally, we can accommodate custom size requests to fit your unique requirements.
